Cancellation policy 

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give a minimum of a 48 hour notice. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). If you are a no call/no show of your scheduled appointment you will be subject to a fee of 100% of all scheduled service(s). These fees will be taken from the card on file which is required when booking. The Parlour Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse services if multiple instances of no showing occur.

Late policy 

If you are going to be late for your appointment we please ask that you contact Christina directly to let her know.

If you are up to 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment your services may be shortened (no blow-dry etc). If you are up to 30 minutes late for your appointment you will be asked to reschedule with a 50% service fee of the scheduled services.

Covid 19 Policy 

If you have a fever, cough, cold, were exposed to someone experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice you will be charge a service fee of 50% of your schedule services. 

Policies are strictly enforced for the health and safety of Christina and her clients.


Re-do Policy

Our goal is for every client to leave happy! If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to Christina personally within 7 days of your scheduled appointment to schedule a re-do. Re dos are not valid after 7 days of the scheduled appointment.
